CYGNUS SKILLS AND KMS/JMS MOBS!!!!!

I have added cygnus skills (Not the jobs, The skills) And KMS/JMS mobs,
Not the mobs in every other server xD New ones. The skills will be
in different jobs, there is not a cygnus job i can put on the server.
The skill names will be named like the old skills, but they have a
special icon and are the cygnus skills once you use them. Im not going
to reveal what jobs carry which cygnus skills xD And it isnt as easy as
you would think to guess them. Good luck discovering the cygnus skills,
and i will put the new mobs in FM rooms soon. Happy Playing!
